Terms of Service
1. What Coolye Is
Coolye (coolye.app) is an AI workforce dashboard for solo founders. You describe your startup idea or task; a team of AI agents generates business deliverables (briefs, research, marketing copy, and similar documents). The service is operated by Coolye ("we", "us").
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated signup, attempts to disrupt the platform, unlawful use).
3. AI-Generated Content
- Deliverables are generated by large language models (we route across providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google).
- AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. It is provided for your evaluation and adaptation — it is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.
- Data labeled [Crawled] or [Estimated] in deliverables reflects automated collection or model estimation and is not warranted as accurate.
4. Your Content and Ownership
- You retain all rights to the ideas, prompts, and materials you submit.
- To the extent we hold any rights in deliverables generated for you, we assign them to you. You may use deliverables commercially without attribution.
- We use your submitted content only to operate the service (including sending it to model providers to generate your deliverables). We do not sell your content or use it to train our own models.
5. Billing
- Credits (top-ups): prepaid, non-expiring, usable for agent runs. Each run shows an estimated cost before execution; actual usage is deducted from your balance.
- Subscriptions: billed monthly via Stripe; each cycle grants the monthly balance described on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: if a run fails or is interrupted by a service outage, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your balance. Prepaid credit is generally non-refundable to the original payment method except where required by law or in cases of billing error — contact us and we will review in good faith.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Coolye to generate content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is intended for spam, fraud, or harassment. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
7. Availability and Changes
Coolye is an early-stage product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features; if we discontinue the service, remaining paid credit will be refunded.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated deliverables.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms; in that case unused prepaid credit will be refunded unless the breach involves fraud or abuse.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
