How much does Coolye actually cost?

Free to start (Stage 1, 3 Atlas runs/month). Paid plans are $9/mo (Starter) or $19/mo (Pro), each including monthly usage balance. You only spend balance when you run an agent — typical agent runs are a few cents to ~$1.

What's included in $9 vs $19?

Both unlock the 4 production agents + orchestration chat + run log + cost control, with 11 training agents visible on the roadmap. The difference is the monthly balance: Starter gives $9/mo, Pro gives $19/mo. Pick Pro if you build more than one thing at a time.

Why metered pricing instead of unlimited?

Real AI work has real cost. Metered means a light month costs you little and a heavy month scales fairly — instead of everyone subsidizing the heaviest users with a flat "unlimited" price that's actually capped. You always see the cost before you run.

What happens when my balance runs out?

The next agent run is paused and you're prompted to top up (or upgrade to Pro). Your subscription isn't affected, and your next monthly balance still arrives on renewal.

Does the monthly balance roll over?

Yes — unused monthly balance rolls over and never expires while your subscription is active. A quiet month isn't wasted; it stacks for when you build.

Do topup credits expire?

No. Topup balance never expires, independent of your subscription. Topups also include bonus: $100 credits $110, $200 credits $230.

What's the markup on agent runs?

You pay the real model cost plus a flat service fee that keeps Coolye running and improving. It's the same flat structure for everyone — no hidden tiers, no surge pricing.

Can I see exactly what each agent will cost before running?

Yes. Every agent run shows an estimated cost before you confirm, and the actual cost after. Your balance is always visible at the top.

What if an agent fails? Do I get refunded?

Yes — if a run fails to deliver a usable result, the charge is automatically refunded to your balance. You're never charged for a failed run.

Can I cancel anytime? What about my balance?

Cancel anytime; you keep access through the current period. Topup balance stays yours. Accrued monthly-grant balance is retained for a grace period after cancellation (see Terms).

Is there a free trial?

Can I use Coolye for multiple startups?

Yes — unlimited projects on any paid plan. Each idea gets its own workspace; the same balance covers them all. Pro's higher balance suits running several at once.

What models does Coolye use? GPT? Claude?

Coolye routes each agent to the best model for the job (Claude Sonnet 4.6 primary, with GPT and Gemini in the routing mix). You don't pick — the orchestrator does, optimizing quality and cost per task.

Is my data private?

Your ideas aren't used to train any model — we run on provider APIs that don't train on API data, and we don't sell or reuse your inputs. Delete a project anytime. No PII in analytics.

What if you discontinue Coolye?

If we ever shut down, we refund the unconsumed paid value of topup balance to your original payment method (where lawful and feasible). Your exported deliverables are always yours to keep.
